1. Acceptance

Access to the site getwiseball.com and the Wiseball service (the "Service") implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use by the user (the "User"). If the User does not accept these terms, they must not use the Service.

2. Access to the Service

The public portion of the Service is free to access for any User with an Internet connection. Certain features (receiving alerts, real-time signals) are reserved for subscribed Users under the conditions described in the Terms of Sale.

Costs related to Internet access and connection are the sole responsibility of the User.

3. Nature of the Service — disclaimer

Wiseball is an information and technical-analysis tool. It does not provide investment advice within the meaning of articles L. 321-1 and D. 321-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code. Signals and alerts published do not constitute a personalised buy or sell recommendation.

The User acknowledges that:

• trading financial instruments carries a high risk of capital loss;
• they make their own investment decisions, based on their own financial situation and experience;
• past performance is no guarantee of future results;
• they may, where appropriate, consult a licensed investment adviser.

4. Authorised usage

The User undertakes to use the Service fairly, in accordance with its purpose and with applicable law. In particular, they shall not:

• attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation;
• disrupt, overload or slow down the Service (intrusion attempts, mass scraping, denial of service);
• redistribute, resell or rebroadcast the signals to third parties without prior written authorisation;
• automatically collect or extract data from the Service;
• use the Service for unlawful or offensive purposes.

Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without prejudice to any legal action.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its structure, content, brand, source code, signals and all other elements are the exclusive property of the Publisher or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes infringement.

6. Third-party links and services

The Service may contain links to third-party sites (brokers, data providers, documentation). The Publisher has no control over the content of these sites and declines any responsibility for their availability and practices.

7. Availability and changes

The Publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, without prior notice. Interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons may occur, without giving rise to compensation.

8. Liability

The User uses the Service at their own risk. The Publisher shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, including financial losses linked to the User's trading decisions.

These Terms may be modified at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the User's connection. It is the User's responsibility to consult them regularly.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
